Details For this Opportunity :

• Orthopedic Surgery
• Come join our team of 3 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
• Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($810k+) o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold o Quality incentives up to $177k annually Commencement bonus of $50,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Full benefits including a 401k match Paid malpractice
• Level IV Trauma Center (1 : 3 call)
• Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
• Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Local University with Athletics Program
• Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital featuring on site x-ray suite with 1 : 1 medical support staffing.

• Small but vibrant community with a high ranked school-system and a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle. With a four-season climate, County is home to many outdoor activities and sports year-round.
