Mechanical PME Project Manager / Estimator with Sack Company

Job Description :

• Mechanical PME Project Manager / Estimator Our company has been in business for 75 years providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Millwright / Rigging expertise to clients throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
• We have an open position for a Senior Mechanical PM / Estimator who has the desire and experience to advance to Executive Management within the company, who is well-met, enjoys working with others and who is highly skilled in our trade.
• This firm is grooming for leadership to include operations management and business development.
• The position is within the Statesboro office.
• Applicants must have at least 5-10 years of mechanical subcontracting experience as a PM or estimator for commercial, K-12, higher education, and medical facility facilities providing design-build / conceptual design pricing and hard bid pricing and must possess an excellent working knowledge of labor requirements for installations.
• Applicants must provide a project portfolio to showcase their representative projects in the $1 million to $10 million range.
• Applicants must have a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience with Mechanical (Wet side and Dry side), BMS Controls and Ductwork.
• Understanding of AutoCAD or Revit design software is a plus.
