Cardiology Outpatient Clinic Director opportunity!!

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Clinic Director to lead a patient-centered outpatient clinic that focuses on cardiology. This role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, requiring a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about delivering excellent care, guiding staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations & mentor staff (front desk + medical assistants).
• Deliver direct patient care : charting, billing (Medicare), and educating patients.
• Build strong connections with patients—especially older adults—by being personable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols while driving a supportive, people-first culture.
