Key Requirements :

• Must be okay working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
• Must be okay working in spaces that may have spiders or rodents
• Ability to set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
• Must bring lunch and water as going to the store is prohibited.
• Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
