Hospice / Palliative Medicine Physician

We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for physicians in Atlanta, GA who are board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00.

Must live in Atlanta and be board-certified and licensed in Georgia (we are open to talking with current fellows and those willing to relocate).

Must have the ability to conduct patient visits via telehealth and occasionally in person in patients' homes.
