Event Support Coordinator

The Event Support Coordinator will be responsible for responding to inquiries and booking events for parties between 10-15 guests, depending on the venue. This position will be an onsite position at the Centennial, CO office and will work between 8 : 30 am and 6 : 30 pm, 5-7 days a week.

Reports to : Event Support Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and book events for multiple restaurant venues

Coordinate events with restaurant management teams

Verify payment information, confirm event details, and maintain CRM profiles

Close collaboration with restaurant team members to ensure the success of each event

Develop and maintain detailed event timelines

Work collaboratively with Events Manager and provide support as needed

Address and resolve issues as they arise

Experience

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience as a Coordinator, Administrative or Executive Support in a corporate or professional office

People who possess strong analytical and communication skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to build relationships

Individuals who are client-focused and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).

Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
