Job Salary : 235k - 365k + Benefits
Requirements : IP, Litigation, PTAB, Post-Grant, IPR proceedings
Based in Los Angeles, CA, we are an international law firm that represents some of the largest financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies, and leading technology and life sciences companies.
Due to growth, we are seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join our PTAB Group. Must have 3+ years of experience with IP Litigation, PTAB, and post-grant & IPR proceedings.

Must Have Skills
1.) 3+ years of IP Litigation and PTAB (Patent Trial & Appeal Board) experience
2.) Experience with post-grant and IPR proceedings
3.) Active State Bar license in CA preferred
4.) Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
