Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Colony Ridge is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our New Caney office.

This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loans, offered services, billing, and account information.
• Listen actively to customers’ concerns, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s system, maintaining accurate records.  Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations during all customer interactions.
• Facilitate the process for customers to update their contact information.
• Assist and provide all information on payment methods and systems available to ease the customer’s payment experience.
• Perform other additional duties and or assist other departments as needed.
