Position Overview

Korn Ferry has partnered with a growing middle markets Private Equity firm. We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance and operations team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Assistant Controller will play a key role in overseeing the firm’s financial reporting, fund accounting, compliance, and internal controls. This is a high‑visibility position with significant opportunity for advancement as the firm continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate and Fund Accounting

• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both management and investors
• Oversee fund‑level accounting activities, working closely with third‑party fund administrators and auditors
• Support capital call and distribution processes, including investor allocations and IRR calculations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
