Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing Account Management and Customer Success team
Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and manage upsell / renewal quotas
Standardize success planning and optimize processes for customer engagement
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing renewal and upsell targets in a SaaS or tech environment
Experience in reducing churn and increasing expansion through strategic initiatives
Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills
Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success platforms
