Help keep students on track and classrooms running smoothly as a Substitute Paraprofessional. This role is responsible for providing student assistance and support when regular staff are unavailable.
Basic Requirements :
Valid Michigan Paraprofessional Certificate OR 60 college credit hours
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in education or child development preferred
Ability to assist with instruction and follow directions
Clear communication and positive attitude
Duties May Include :
Working with individual students or small groups
Monitoring student behavior and supporting classroom management
Assisting with academic activities, materials, and routines
Supervising students during non-instructional periods
Reporting updates or concerns to school staff
