Senior Accountant

We are working with a great client of ours to find an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial operations and lead ERP integration efforts for new facilities. The Senior Accountant will be required to occasionally travel throughout the year and offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams during onboarding and system transitions. The Senior Accountant will be fully onsite in Williamson Co, TN.

Salary up to $87,000

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant :

Lead ERP system integrations for newly acquired branches, ensuring accurate financial setup and data migration

Collaborate with accounting, IT, and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency across locations

Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting for multiple sites

Assist with onboarding new locations into financial systems and procedures

Travel to new branches as needed to provide hands-on support and training

Maintain documentation and controls related to integration activities

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required

4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-location or distribution environment

Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration processes

Excellent communication and project management skills

Willingness to travel to support new location onboarding and system implementation
