Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time  SOUS CHEF  positions.

• Location : New Glarus Home - 600 2nd Avenue, New Glarus, WI 53574. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time and part time schedules. Monday - Friday, plus rotating weekends, broken down as follows : Tues / Thursday : AM shift : 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM. Monday / Wednesday / Friday : PM shift : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM; more details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous scratch cook experience making fresh food is required.

• Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
