About the Role
Our client is seeking exceptional early-career talent to join their OEM Leadership Development Program , a fast-track opportunity designed for high achievers who blend operations, engineering, product thinking, and customer-facing acumen . OEM Leaders are expected to rapidly take ownership of critical business functions or lead automation / operations initiatives for major enterprise customers.
This is a highly selective, high-visibility program where successful hires will receive weekly mentorship from the CFO and, upon demonstrating strong performance, work directly with the Founder / CEO on strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do
Operational & Engineering Ownership
- Take full ownership of a core operational function or workflow-independently driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead high-impact automation initiatives within enterprise customer environments.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify bottlenecks, quantify impact, and propose technical solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to align operations with technical and business goals.Translate technical challenges into actionable business recommendations.Present findings and progress to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO.Customer & Product Engagement
Work directly with enterprise customers to diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and enhance performance through automation.Assist in shaping product strategy through data-driven insights from real-world operations.Support account management activities by solving operational problems that matter most to customers.Strategy, Execution, and Ownership
Drive designated projects end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.Develop metrics, dashboards, and models to quantify initiative performance.Own deliverables and deadlines with minimal oversight-this is an "extreme ownership" environment.What Makes You a Strong Fit
Academic Excellence
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university preferred (e.g., UC Berkeley, USC, Dartmouth, Georgia Tech, Brown, Colorado School of Mines, etc.).Strong academic performance (high GPA, honors, awards, or scholarships).Technical & Analytical Strength
Background in a STEM-related discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Data Science, or similar.Hands-on experience with tools like Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or comparable technical toolsets.Ability to analyze problems quantitatively and propose data-driven solutions.Practical, Impactful Experience
Experience through research roles, internships, co-ops, or technical projects.Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency improvements, cost savings, successful product iterations).Leadership & Initiative
