Job Title : Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves working on a rotating 12-hour shift, alternating between days and nights within the same month. The position plays a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing and distribution processes run smoothly, especially in the bagging, palletizing, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities

• Bag and palletize product according to instructions and order types.
• Vacuum large quantities of product from storage holders into industrial bags.
• Sort bags and pallets of product.
• Stage and wrap pallets.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Perform quality inspections on bags, pallets, and containers.
• Operate forklifts to assist in the shipping and receiving processes.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse / manufacturing setting, characterized by dusty, hot, and noisy conditions. You will be part of a small team, currently consisting of 5 production operators. The dress code requires steel toe boots / shoes and work clothes. Employees will be provided with PPE, except for steel toes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.32 - $19.32 / hr.
