• EXPERIENCE

Prior roofing / siding sales experience is plus. Additional training provided

XACTIMATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Insurance / Mitigation experience required

Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, highly motivated

Excellent organizational skills

Strong sense of accountability

• RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend two week training program starting day one at our corporate office (Wilmington, DE)

Attend weekly sales meeting at corporate office

Meet with prospective clients (inbound and outbound), inspecting the exterior homes for possible storm damage and begin claim process

Assist property owner throughout and act as liaison for insurance process

Support the insurance process with Xactimate

Meet with Adjusters and share accurate detailed property information documentation

Maintain positive and constant communication with clients

Must be willing to travel, however, some office time required to meet successful goals

Work with your manager for ongoing training opportunities

Report directly to Operations Manager

• COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

100% Commission based earnings - expected range from $100,000 - $250,000 first year (What you put into it is what you will get out of it)
