The Beloit Clinic is adding to our Beloit Clinic Float Pool for a Medical Assistant. In this position the Medical Assistant you will room patients, assist providers with procedures, and reconcile medication lists, administer injections. The Medical Assistant will also assist with clinical duties, ordering of supplies, scheduling procedures and appointments, completing medication refills per protocol, and cleaning exam rooms. In this role you will float to various departments to support patient care needs at the direction of the Director of Clinic Nursing. Required :

• Current CMA, RMA or CCMA or graduate of an accredited program, must obtain Certification / Registration as a Medical Assistant within 18 months of hire
• Ability to triage messages
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking abilities

Desired :

• Great communication skills
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
