$80 / hr (onsite).

Full Description

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate employees of a private business in Milford, MA. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to help improve the physical function, work performance, and daily lives of employees of a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities :

Conduct initial in-person assessments, including demonstration and instruction of exercises tailored to individual needs.

Perform ergonomic assessments.

Provide follow-up care both onsite and virtually.

Develop personalized treatment and exercise plans based on assessment findings.

Identify when further medical or rehabilitative care is needed and refer appropriately.

Maintain timely and accurate client documentation.

Deliver home exercise programs and provide guidance through telehealth as appropriate.

Requirements :

Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required.

Clean active Physical Therapist License in state of MA.

At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Experience performing workplace ergonomic assessments.

Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Personal laptop or tablet required.

Must be able to reliably commute to office in Milford, MA.
