A company is looking for a Tier 2 Specialist (CSR Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for basic and escalated inquiries via multiple channels
Receive and resolve escalations from Tier 1 support staff
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and provide subject matter expertise on travel-related systems
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
At least six months of related customer service experience
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
Previous experience with DTMO TAC preferred
