Commutable from Chicago area

Located 45 miles / 1 hour South of Chicago in Indiana

Gen. derm only or mohs mix

Flexible schedule, 3-5 days per week

2 PAs work in practice

Mohs caseload is 900 -1100 cases annually

ABD Certified or Eligible Dermatologist
