IT Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a System Manager Supply Chain IT Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage IT contracts, amendments, renewals, and transactions

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely contract development and negotiation

Manage vendor relationships and resolve contracting issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields such as Information Technology or Business Administration

10 years of experience in Contracting and Program Management

5 years of experience in Information Technology

High level of knowledge in RFPs / RFIs, contracts, negotiations, and legal terminology

Solid understanding of Information Technology in business or healthcare settings
