A company is looking for a Medical Copy Editor (AMA).

Key Responsibilities

Edit and proofread copy for assigned brands

Fact check annotated copy and ensure acceptable sources are used

Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and meet goals

Required Qualifications

Any college degree

3 to 5 years of medical editing and fact-checking experience in a pharma ad agency or medical education environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing deadlines

Knowledge of current AMA style and FDA guidelines

Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and / or ProofHQ
