Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
Provide support in finding primary care physicians within the network
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
Must reside in the state of Georgia
