Your Role with the Company :

Full-time Outpatient Family Medicine position

Clinic is attached to Critical Access Hospital with specialty support and hospitalist support

Family Medicine Physician will be seeing 12-18 patients / day with multiple chronic medical conditions

Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
