Austin Industries has an outstanding opportunity for a temporary part-time AP Clerk at our Austin Bridge & Road corporate headquarters in Coppell, Texas. Our temp AP will assist with data management of invoices, including reviewing, scanning, and distributing to the appropriate individuals for processing. This is a great opportunity for early career professionals looking to start their career in accounting. Works hours and work days will be discussed / offers flexibility. Position reports 100% onsite and does not offer remote / hybrid reporting structure.

Responsibilities :

• Reviewing, scanning, and distributing invoices to appropriate departments or job sites
• Monitor shared AP email box and direct emails to appropriate individuals
• Maintain organized digital records for audit and reporting purposes
• Support document control and administrative tasks as needed within AP
• Additional duties as assigned
