MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background preferred). Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure and active DEA registration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
An exciting opportunity awaits a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join a patient-centered healthcare organization in Southern Connecticut. This role offers a meaningful blend of inpatient hospitalist care and palliative medicine, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients and families during life's most critical moments.

Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and palliative care services to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and specialists.
- Split focus between hospitalist duties and palliative consultative services.
- Supportive leadership that encourages professional growth and innovation
- Foster compassionate end-of-life care that prioritizes patient dignity and comfort.
- Participate in program development, education, and continuous improvement initiatives.
