RecoveryRefurb Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sort count and record product being returned from retail customer.
• Evaluate returned product for damages scratches missing parts and functionality.
• Process paperwork and communicate discrepancies with customer service.
• Test product to determine reason for being returned using a variety of test equipment.
• Repair product to acceptable refurbished state.
• Package recovered product using a variety of cartons and packaging materials.
• Communicate with management and co-workers in written form email or in person on issues changes

or questions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
