What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly, organized, and reliable link between our internal teams and customers — the person everyone trusts to make sure no detail slips through the cracks.
You will :
- Act as the main contact for customer needs, questions, and updates.
- Support internal teams and customers by monitoring orders, resolving issues, and keeping everyone informed.
- Use your Excel expertise to build and manage reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Keep things running smoothly for internal teams and customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Help identify and resolve service challenges before they become problems.
- Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and production planning — ensuring internal teams and customers always have what they need.
- Your work as a Customer Service Representative will directly impact our success, keeping our internal teams and customers satisfied and operations moving at top speed.
What We’re Looking For Experience :
