IT Admin Support Representative

CODE Plus Inc., a Software Engineering company, with Headquarters in Fairfax VA is seeking an IT Admin Support Specialist in Rockville MD. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (full background screen).

Experience Requirements :

At least four years of experience supporting a computer classroom or similar facility by setting up computers, podiums and projectors, providing technical assistance to students or customers, troubleshooting computer problems, networking computers, resetting and running ghost software, installing files, and solving technical problems to ensure all computers are operating properly and available for use.

Demonstrated experience in running programs that support distance learning, which may include, but is not limited to : Webex, MSTeams, Adobe Connect and VMWare technologies.

Demonstrated experience with IT programs that support a training facility or conference facility, including basic knowledge of records management, classroom scheduling, course scheduling and registration.

Demonstrated experience with maintaining a records database or Learning Management System (LMS), and producing reports from an LMS, using applications such as Excel.
