About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Tax Director to lead our Private Client Tax Services division. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing tax and consulting engagements while providing expert guidance on intricate tax matters. Your leadership will help shape the strategic direction of our office and region, and your expertise in estate, income, gift, and trust tax consulting and compliance will be vital in serving our clients effectively. Additionally, you will have a chance to delve into areas like charitable giving, philanthropic foundations, and executive compensation.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or law, and hold a professional certification such as CPA, EA, or equivalent. We are particularly interested in individuals with a proven history in private client services and prior supervisory experience, preferably within public accounting. To excel in this role, strong communication, leadership, analytical skills, and business development instincts are essential.
