The BSA role within the Remote Hire team works closely with our Pre Boarding partners to onboard new hires who will be remote or relocating. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines ensuring new hires are cleared in time for their start date. Because the clearance process is shared across the team, staying connected and communicating well is critical.
Location : Remote, but MUST be local to the Phoenix area
Schedule : Tue & Wed 7 : 30a-5 : 00pm, Thursday 8a-4 : 30p

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs entry-level analytical and reporting activities to support the business function of a department or division. This position is accountable generating and preparing reports, performing analysis, tracking and submitting data, and related activities in a timely and accurate manner.
CORE FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge. Must be familiar in the information technology areas, such as personal software packages, to generate reports and present information in a written or spreadsheet format, as described above. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field respective to the system functions. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above. Must be able to follow verbal directions and instruction to perform work as described above. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a variety of tasks and activities in a timely and effective manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One to two years of experience of business analysis or a related area preferred. Additional related education and / or experience preferred.
