As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our sales process. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries through in person retail store meetings promptly and professionally
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
• Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer experience and share best practices
• Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
• Support team and provide information about our products and services to new customers
