Job Description : The Production Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations during an assigned shift. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. The Shift Lead coordinates team activities, monitors workflow, troubleshoots issues, and acts as the primary point of contact between production staff and management.

• Supervise and coordinate production team members during assigned shift
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
• Train, coach, and support team members to meet performance expectations
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate goals, updates, and issues
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and incidents
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve issues
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and attendance
• Lead shift handovers and ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Safe operation of forklifts with up to 2,000-pound loads.
• Clean equipment as needed.
• Enter confined spaces as needed.
• Adhere to all plant safety requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Schedule : Thursday - Sunday 6pm-6 : 30am for peak season (December-June), flex to Tuesday-Friday schedule July-November.
