Perm / FT Family Physician Needed in NW Washington

Location : NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast

Setting : Outpatient Clinic / Community Hospital

Start Date : ASAP

Coverage : M-F 8a-5p; No call, No weekends / holidays

Shifts : 8 hours

Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted WA license
• Clean WA DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
• BE / BC

Salary Range : $247,000-$260,000 + benefits

Skills : Examines, diagnoses, treats all ages of patients; performs a range of procedures, medical histories, records and interprets data, collaborates with other physicians, refers to specialists as needed, orders appropriate laboratory procedures, prescribes and advises patients / guardians on appropriate use, administers medications / injection; provides patient education; reviews record and charts, full range of family
