Fraud Investigation Specialist, I
Fraud Investigation Specialist, I are Customer Service / Support Representatives who will be responsible for investigating and resolving disputed accounts with claims of fraud from consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Use investigative and analytical skills to resolve consumer fraud disputes.
 - Research and verify accuracy of dispute documents
 - Process dispute documents
 - Seek to improve overall customer experience
 - Properly updates and documents all operating systems and Customer Service applications as appropriate
 
Work Schedule :
Our Customer Service Support center operates on a Hybrid schedule post a 90 Day training period. 2 days in office, 3 days working remote.Training Period : 90 DaysTraining Schedule : 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Monday-FridaySkills & Qualifications :
Proven proficiency in avoiding State, Federal, and Company ViolationsProven proficiency to process all Fraud Applications with a high level of accuracyAbility to identify process gaps and trendsProven ability to work with management to assist with Reference Guide process updatesDemonstrates problem solving skills by analyzing account anomalies and proposing solutionsEducational Requirements :
