A Day in Your Role :

As a Senior Tax Consultant at H&R Block, you will empower clients to make informed decisions about their finances and life. You will foster enduring client relationships while working alongside a team of tax experts dedicated to helping you succeed through comprehensive training.

Your Responsibilities :

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual tax interviews using tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns for a diverse clientele.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and present additional products and services.
• Provide IRS support to clients, ensuring they receive the assistance needed.
• Guide and mentor team members.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Utilize experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax while completing individual tax returns.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate in person, through phone, and in writing.
• Meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, or higher.
