Main Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to direct patient care staff, participating in staffing decisions and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company-approved procedures, policies, and regulations set forth by state and federal agencies.
• Approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes, maintaining accurate records of work hours for staff members.
