Job Description

The Sales Forecasting Analyst will play a key role in identifying sales trends and providing insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and creative in their approach, with a strong ability to plan, problem-solve, and think strategically. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. A positive, energetic attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, point-of-sale trends, and market dynamics.
• Conduct analytics to evaluate overall business performance.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage inventory for both domestic and import programs.
• Support promotional planning, including product launches and seasonal sales surges.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to align forecasts with production and demand planning.
• Stay current on industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
