We are a fast-growing elevator manufacturing company specializing in entrances, doors, and cabs. Kohtler Elevator Industries has grown rapidly thanks to our commitment to precision and quality.

We’re now seeking a CNC / Machine Programmer to join our team full-time, on-site, and play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do :

  • Program CNC / fabrication machines from engineering drawings
  • Generate part listings and BOMs
  • Work with engineers and shop team to ensure jobs run on time
  • Troubleshoot and improve programming processes

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years CNC programming experience (sheet metal or fabrication preferred)
  • Knowledge of CAD / CAM or CNC machine software (experience with Amada is a plus)
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent Spanish (English a plus)
