SALARY: Up to $58,000 per year + Generous Overtime

BONUS: Annual Bonus Up to $6,500

Position Overview:

Title: General Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

As a General Manager, you’ll take the lead in running a high-performing restaurant, driving results, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll operate with a business-owner mindset, focusing on growth, profitability, and team development.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for foodservice and a drive for success.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ year of foodservice management experience as a General Manager.
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Experience with inventory management, cost controls, and cash handling.
Willingness to handle all aspects of interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
A business-focused approach to operations and decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations at a high level.
Drive performance and engagement of the management team and team members.
Implement effective training programs to develop staff.
Oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
Work toward achieving sales and profit goals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
Operate the restaurant with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
