Responsibilities :
- Support financial planning and analysis processes, focusing on data integrity, reporting and process enhancement, as well as regularly interfacing with business partners.
- Collaborate closely with accounting colleagues and cross functionally with partners within Commercial, Medical, and Administration.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on actual performance against budget, prior year and latest forecast, investigating variances, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities and appropriate action plans / solutions.
- Develop in-depth understanding of key business drivers and establish a robust KPI reporting to track and provide appropriate visibility.
- Provide detailed feedback, insight, and recommendations to the business on its financial performance, focusing on key drivers including trends, and analytical needs.
- Maintain understanding of Cost Center structures and linkages to FP&A / management control systems & processes.
- Coordinate with the FP&A Leads, cost center owners on Budgets, Forecasts.
- Assist in submission of Budgets, Estimates, and Strategic plan into global systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, financial models, and reports.
- Work with the business to ensure proper coding of requisitions and POs, adherence to company terms and conditions, monthly review of the Open PO report, and prepare necessary journal entries to ensure proper recording of all current liabilities.
- Implement standard, automated reporting within performance management system (Adaptive Planning).
- Manage & lead group reporting for the US (consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and actuals) within the local and Global systems.
- Assist in formulating, creating and tracking KPIs, including establishing automated reporting / dashboarding for real time insights.
- Revenue reporting for actuals, budget and forecast, both units and dollars.
Qualifications :
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent experience.5+ years of professional working experience.Thorough knowledge of IFRS accounting is a plusExperience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry desired.Proficient with MS Office. Advanced Excel experience desired (e.g. macros, v-lookups & pivot tables)Proficient with Adaptive Insights, Power BI, and NetSuite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Financial planning, reporting and modelling experience required.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Demonstrable strategic thinking skills.Must demonstrate the ability to provide customer-oriented services, proficiency and expertise in simplifying and explaining finance related policies and procedures.Ability to lead and / or participate in special projects or tasks as they arise, including systems support.Experience in implementing standard, automated reporting within (Adaptive Planning).Provide key decision support through in-depth understanding and analysis of market, business strategy, resource utilization and quality of execution.Supports business case preparation and special projects.Uses multiple automated systems (Bill.com, Concur, Travel, Corporate Credit Cards, NetSuite, Servier internal consolidation and reporting tools), including electronic registrations and workflows.Here is more information :
