Key Responsibilities
Analyzes and develops policies for various employee benefit programs and ensures compliance with regulations
Manages data integrity for third-party benefits administration and conducts system audits and testing
Oversees leave of absence programs and leads annual open enrollment planning and execution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits
Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to employee benefits
Experience leading open enrollment processes
Proficient in HRIS and standard office software (Word, Excel, Access)
