Temporary to Permanent LPN Opportunity - Physicians Practice

As an LPN, here’s a glimpse into your responsibilities :

  • Prepare patients for examinations, tests, and procedures.
  • Measure and record vital signs, height, and weight while documenting medical history.
  • Assist physicians and nurses during patient examinations and treatments.
  • Administer medications and injections as permitted by state law.
  • Conduct finger sticks, nasal swabs, and administer albuterol treatments.
  • Carry out clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Perform electrocardiograms (ECG), assist in x-ray procedures, and help with minor surgical tasks under physician supervision.
  • Complete additional assignments as requested.
  • Handle personal health information (PHI) responsibly as needed for this role.

    • Requirements for this LPN position :

  • Valid LPN license in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an LPN, with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
  • Up-to-date immunizations and a physical exam or statement of good health.
  • Meet all health and physical requirements necessary for patient care.
