• Deliver safe, accurate, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.\n

• Use your strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active RN license in the state in which you work with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care.\n
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day).\n
