A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Architect – Mastery - Salesforce Architect

Position type : Full-time / Contract

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Location : Boston, MA or Springfield, MA or NYC, NY

Work Mode : 3 Days Onsite

As a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong understanding of wealth management, sales distribution, and insurance business models. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and effective collaborator who can bridge business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• M Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, tailored to wealth management, insurance, and distribution channels.
• Lead the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, compliance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Design and optimize client lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, relationship management, policy servicing, and advisor enablement.
• Integrate Salesforce with core financial systems, data platforms, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure platform security, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively recommending enhancements.
