2nd Shift CNC Setup / Operator Details :

Temp-to-Hire position

$17.50 / hour

Full Time work available

Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03 : 30pm to 02 : 00am)

We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join the 2nd shift as CNC Setup / Operators. This position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality wire and metal parts to exact specifications.

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy

Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety standards

2nd Shift CNC Setup / Operator Qualifications :

Previous CNC setup and operation experience required

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Reliable attendance and solid work ethic

Applicant may be subject to a background check
