• Coverage Needed : 10 / 30, 11 / 1, 11 / 4, 11 / 5, 11 / 11, 11 / 12, 11 / 13, 11 / 20, 11 / 25, 11 / 26, and 11 / 27
• Case types : General surgery, GI, Podiatry, maybe total joints, Colonoscopies, Urology
• Provider will do own cases, NO CRNA supervision
• 7a-3p (flexible if provider cannot start at 7a client is asking for consecutive hours) No weekday or weekend call shifts.
