Schedule 10 hours per day, 4 days a week; 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with weekday and weekend call rotations and holiday rotation as needed. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant with a focus on Orthopedic and Neuro specialties to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in surgical procedures, contributing their expertise to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures, primarily in Orthopedics and Neuro. Support the surgical team by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment. Participate in the call rotation, being available for weekend and weeknight shifts as needed. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Contribute to the turnover of operating rooms as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in Surgical Assisting with a preference for prior experience in Orthopedics and Neuro. 2-3 previous travel assignments are required. Certifications : BLS, CST, CSFA. ABSA certifications will not be accepted. Graduates must have completed a CAAHEP accredited Surgical Assistant program. Why ARMStaffing?
