A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations to scale and strengthen its People infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee data integrity, access management, and workflow optimization within HRIS and operational processes
Design and implement scalable people policies and ensure compliance with legal standards
Manage day-to-day People Operations activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in People / HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HRCI / SHRM certification is a plus
Strong expertise in policy development and compliance across the U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions
Proficiency in HR systems and experience in driving system improvements
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT
