Customer Service

Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving and building strong customer relationships? Our manufacturing team is looking for a reliable, customer-focused representative to join our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions, order status updates, and general customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot product-related issues by working closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
• Develop a strong understanding of company products to confidently guide and support customers
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, including production, shipping, and sales
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience with order processing, preferably in manufacturing or a technical product environment
• Bilingual Spanish (Desired)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to learn and understand product specifications and features
• High attention to detail with solid organizational skills
• Demonstrated work stability and a strong sense of accountability
